After going to my initial appointment I went ahead and scheduled for the treatment plan but a few days later I decided to go for a second opinion elsewhere. I called the office to asked for my records to be sent to my other office. They told me i had to pick them up in person. I went that day and told the lady that I would call if I wanted to come back. I’m not being harassed by a collection agency because I missed an appointment. I emailed them and tried to explain what happened but they acted as if they didn’t care. They said they will be sticking to their policy. Mind you not only had I cancelled but I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE.
save yourself the stress and go see Dr. Kizer on gtown pkwy. All of his staff is so friendly and when I rescheduled my appointment due to a work issue, they had no issues and still welcome me in their office to this day.
About Front Desk: My problem. The older lady there when I went in for my hardcopies is the one who is denying i didn’t cancel.

Very rude..treated me like a person desperate for pain meds ..not a person in pain..sent me home with little to no instructions after being told this was my first time to a dentist...he ridiculed me for crying...would never go back nor recomend him to anyone...in my opinion he needs his license taken away . Horrible experience!

very bad service. Staff treat people horrible. and this dentist is hardly talk to patients, very rude. In addition, he did horrible work on my tooth, I have to fix them by visiting other dentists.
