I switched dentists for my children and was referred to Dr. Crafton by their orthodontist. I was enough impressed after a couple of visits that I changed dentists myself. I have been very happy with Dr. Crafton and his staff. The only thing I do not like is that even when I have an appointment they call to remind me of it (which is fine) but when they call they say to "confirm" the appointment I have to call back. Then what is the purpose of the appointment? Feels a little Seinfeldian ("I know what a reservation is... I don't think you DO!") and is somewhat irritating, but that's a minor complaint. As for his professional services, I have been quite satisfied both for myself and the children.

I began seeing Dr Crafton in 1989. Since, I have converted 14 family members and friends to his patient roster!
Dr Crafton and his staff are professional, caring and extremely knowledgable about anything that has ever needed attention. I do not have dental insurance.. and for over 21 years have had a dentist who is happy to work with me with payment arrangements.
I appreciate Dr Crafton and his staff, and I NEVER, EVER dread a dental appointment!
About Hygienist: Hygienists are professional and make things as pain free as possible. They are gracious and never make me feel "bad" about 'not flossing enough' or if I ever have to have a deep cleaning, they are gentle as possible and will always give me whatever polish treatment I request!

I have had exams, cleaning, x-rays, fillings, crowns. Excellent service, facilities and pleasant, professional manner. I would definitely recommend this dental office to others.

I would not trust my teeth or my childrens' dental health to anyone else! He is wonderful and so are his hygenists. The office staff is mostly cordial. I have had all of the hygenists at one point or another and they do a thorough job without pain! Dr. Crafton sees each patient during their cleanings and does a quick exam of his own. He also questions the hygenists about anything he finds that is out of the ordinary or if he is looking for clarification.

Dr. Crafton is wonderful. His staff is friendly and always helpful. My entire immediate and most of my extended family have gone to him for years.

I love Dr. Crafton. The only thing I don't like is that they call to remind you of your appointment (which is fine) but then you have to return the call. They continue to call for a response and I don't like that. I think a reminder call (or better a reminder e-mail) is sufficient. But overall I am very pleased.
