I switched dentists for my children and was referred to Dr. Crafton by their orthodontist. I was enough impressed after a couple of visits that I changed dentists myself. I have been very happy with Dr. Crafton and his staff. The only thing I do not like is that even when I have an appointment they call to remind me of it (which is fine) but when they call they say to "confirm" the appointment I have to call back. Then what is the purpose of the appointment? Feels a little Seinfeldian ("I know what a reservation is... I don't think you DO!") and is somewhat irritating, but that's a minor complaint. As for his professional services, I have been quite satisfied both for myself and the children.
