had many crowns done at great expense, almost every one has fallen out of my head due to poor materials(cement etc.), this dentist would not stand behind his work and wanted to charge to fix each one after only one year...........one year warranty only on dental work...useless

Dr. Thomason has been my dentist for many years. His staff is the greatest, they make the dental experience a pleasant one.
For someone who is dental phobic, they strive to make you comfortable in the chair.
Two thumbs up for this office staff and Dr. Thomason!!

I used to go to Dr. Thomason but then his office stopped taking my insurance. I can vouch for his personal and friendly nature and for his goodness as a dentist. I ALSO can vouch for his lousy office management. On more than one occassion I was uncomfortable because of getting stuck in the middle of bickering employees. The ladies at the front desk always acted like they had a chip on their shoulder. I'm kind of glad that they dropped by insurance, because it was never what I would call a positive customer service experience.

current building leaves something to be desired but he is moving to a new building in the next couple of months so hopefully that will be an improvement. The dental hygenists are great! Dr. Thomason's work has been great. The receptionists are not always focused on providing customer service.

I am uneasy in any dental chair. A friend recommended Dr. Thomason to me as a dentist that genuinely cares about a patients concern and anxiety...so, I decided to give him a try. I am so glad I did! He is patient and calming. Nice to see a dentist that isn't in a hurry to get me in and out of the chair for once.
The staff is wonderful! Parking isn't that great, but it is worth the hassle to be seen in this office.

Dr. Thomason office is so friendly. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Dr. Thomason is gentle and thorough. He takes his time to explain all his procedures. His hygienist are top knotch. I'm glad to have finally found a dentist office that actually makes me feel pampered when I walk through the door.

I had no problem with the work I had done by this facility. However, his office is extremely poorly managed. He closed the brentwood office with no warning. I had an 8 am appointment and waited outside the building for 30 minutes before finding out from the next door neighbor that they had closed.
More recently, he stopped accepting my insurance. I was supposed to get a crown, but I was sent a letter with only 5 days warning before that visit. My insurance only updates its roster every month, so I do not have a dentist in the meantime. This is close to patient abandonment. As a physician, I would never consider treating my patients this way.
Of note, my good dental work was done by an associate who has subsequently opened his own practice. I cannot comment on Dr Thomasson's technical skill

Dr. Thomason is a good overall dentist; his hygienist did a good job, I was pleased. It was helpful for them to file my insurance for me.
