I had no problem with the work I had done by this facility. However, his office is extremely poorly managed. He closed the brentwood office with no warning. I had an 8 am appointment and waited outside the building for 30 minutes before finding out from the next door neighbor that they had closed.
More recently, he stopped accepting my insurance. I was supposed to get a crown, but I was sent a letter with only 5 days warning before that visit. My insurance only updates its roster every month, so I do not have a dentist in the meantime. This is close to patient abandonment. As a physician, I would never consider treating my patients this way.
Of note, my good dental work was done by an associate who has subsequently opened his own practice. I cannot comment on Dr Thomasson's technical skill
