cost to much and to come back when it did not set up right they told the x-ray had to be redone.

I have not had a good experience at this dentist. I was told I needed one crown, and then one cavity filled. While filling the cavity, she informed me while in the chair that it was going to need a crown after all. I felt that I had no choice to talk about different options at that point, so I just sat in the chair while she prepped the tooth for a temporary crown. After getting the two crowns I started having mouth pain in another part of my mouth. After going back three times, I was told that I was going to have to build up a contact point with yet another crown, although there was no decay. That sent up a red flag, and when getting a second opinion I was told that a filling would build up the contact point, which it did. There should have not been a problem in the first place with the contact point because Dr. Debbie filled the cavity less than 7 months ago! I also had another tooth filled, and right after getting it filled, it was still sensitive and a bubble had formed. They did make this right, but I had to go in again to get the same tooth filled. Overall I feel that Dr. Debbie did a lot of unnecessary and costly work, which in the end was mediocre.

I have known her for many years. I have had regular 6-month dental cleanings, a cavity filled, and sealants placed on my teeth. Their services are fantastic, and they do very great/thorough dental cleanings and provide great services. Their bedside manner just lacked on my last visit. If you have cavities filled, there is virtually no pain, and they may offer you nitrous. The office staff is fantastic; they have been there for many years and feel like family. Dr. Jones literally just comes in and looks at your mouth, x-rays, etc. for a few minutes and doesn't say very much, but she is friendly.

About Hygienist: However, although I have not changed my dental care, I was very disillusioned last time I went after they had told me that there was something wrong with my gums. This problem could have been prevented, and I do not even display the signs/symptoms associated with this problem. They have always told me that I have great teeth. I never changed my dental care, but last time, they insisted that, "Oh, no, there is something wrong with your teeth." I feel that they handled this VERY unprofessionally (complete with an oh-no shocked looked face), and I felt uncomfortable and very disappointed. However, if your teeth are great, you will have no problems here. She spends quite a while working on your teeth, and they are VERY thorough. They are friendly, calming, clean, and will stop at nothing to get your teeth as clean as possible.

Professional, courteous. Billing insurance all done for you. Hygienists are thorough.
