Dr Ruesink was always very professional and polite, and she has state of the art equipment. Her hygienist was heavy handed, and I let her know this several times, and she was more interested in talking than trying to avoid hurting me. (I am a MD who specializes in pain management, so I knew a lot about what she was doing wrong). I decided to go see another dentist with a different hygenist.
Dr R put in fillings for gaps between my molars...I was concerned about them since I had never required fillings ever before (I have been to dentist 2x/year for over 30 years), and she let me know that if there was ever a problem, she would fix them free of charge.
Today I called when a new dentist (with a more gentle hygenist) showed me the filling Dr R put in had detached. Dr R's receptionist was rude, interupted me multiple times as I tried to tell my story, and told me that Dr R did not ever want to see me again, and would not call me back.
I know this doctor: went to her for 2 years

This is a very pleasant laid back office, not the fanciest dental office but the people there are great.

Small dentist office with terrific treatment from everyone (dentist, hygienist, receptionist) in the office. You have to pay after your appointment, but they file the insurance for you and send you the reimbursement check. I've never had a problem with my insurance fully covering all the expenses, so the prices are good.
