My treatment for gum pain didn't go well. Ok, it happens. But instead of trying to fix she was defensive and not super helpful. It was painful and I was dissapointed.

I have been using Dr. Eggleston for almost a year. During this time I have found the dental care provided to be adequate. However, the office has missed appointments (yes, I confirmed with them the day before...only to arrive and be told they don't have me in the books...), and gotten the billing wrong on my account for 6 months and running. The invoiced me, I paid the invoice...they sent a receipt, and then they invoiced me again with a late fee.
Honestly, it is far more trouble than it is worth to go to this dentist. I will be looking for a new dentist in Austin and have been disappointed with the service at this office.

Dr. Eggleston is very professional as well as friendly. She makes sure her patients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

I have been to see Dr. Eggleston just once, but I was very impressed.....excellent as a dentist and she makes you feel comfortable.....what more can one ask??

I am still very pleased with Dr. Eggleston's service. She is a great dentist who really cares about her patients oral health and beauty. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgable and caring dentist.

Dr. Althea Egleston is very professional and knowledgeable of avant-garde dental practices. She has a great personality and does all that she can to make my visits pleasant. She is always very attentive to details and answers all questions and thoroughly explains procedures she uses to mainain, repair or treat my teeth.
I highly recommend Dr. Eggleston to any one needing dental work. My visits have been excellent and I always walk away with a sense that she really cares about me as a patient and a person. She has a certain savoir faire about her work that I really admire.
Dr. Eggleston takes care of the smiles of my entire family and we are happy.
