Dr. Frazer is very thorough and makes sure you are doing well and you are comfortable. I have been coming to Dr. Frazer for many years and feel she treats me fairly.

I was VERY pleased with Dr. Frazier , her staff & facilities. She is a caring person & strives to tell the pros & cons of what she finds & her plan for fixing the problems.

About Front Desk: Dr. Frazier's staff reflect her great attitude & experience in her field. Entirely a great experience in a usually not so great environment!

terrible staff who lie about accepting insurance when they are only out of network. oaid over $800 for 3 fillings.

What a great team of people ! I had 4 crowns done at three different times within a 6 month period, and the results were exceptional.The crowns were made in-house with some fancy machine they have...no waiting weeks for a crown, took about 90 minutes from start to finish and more than half of that time was just sitting in the chair relaxing.

About Front Desk: Very pleasant and they did the insurance stuff for me.

Dr Frazer is the greatest. She has been our family dentists since my kids were small. Great service but best of all, no pain. Would never go anywhere else.

BEWARE! I have had one of the worst experiences of my life. I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and called several dentists in he area (zip code). When I called other dentists, my first question always is whether or not they accept my ins. The first 2 said no. Dr. Frazer's billing person said yes. I scheduled an appt. The day of the surgery, I was shocked that they charged me $600. The billing lady said that I could file it with my insurance for reimbursement. Since my fiance and I had already taken the time off, we went ahead and trusted her and paid. We were two months from our wedding and pulled from our wedding budget. After the surgery, I went back to work and called my insurance to find out what I needed to do to be reimbursed They said that I had not gone within the network and that they would not reimburse me. They told me that if I had gone with a dentist in the network that the dentist would not have been able to charge the patient the additional costs and they would have had to write it off if it went above the amount covered by the insurance. The insurance apologized and said that most dentists were honest. I made a huge mistake trusting the billing person. When I called afterward, she hung up on me.

Fiancee's "great dentist." He had to get a tooth nerve from a botched route canal she had previously done 13 years ago repaired. First, they refused to let me back to sit with him, very rude receptionist said in her poor English the room was small. So what he has a paranoia about needles and is in great pain he needed me. When I had oral sx this was never a problem, my mom was there the whole time. Then Frazer herself greeted everyone in the lobby, "sorry its 30 degrees in the lobby but we're nice and comfortable in the back. Oh btw I own everything." Total stuckup. I managed to sneak back to check on him - he was in tears, trembling. He is a bodybuilder and never cries. Technician was a total four letter word, said get out. Then she ran around for about 15 minutes doing absolutely no good while my Guy had 3 4-inch needles in his gum. Um why would you leave him unattended like that for so long. Finally Fraser herself came in, "sorry but you need to leave Promise we're not torturing him." So I was kicked out multiple times from just holding my fiancée 's hand during a hellish and excruciating procedure that wouldn't have been needed had another dentist done a proper job. Rude staff insensitive. Go if u like pain/treated like crap

About Hygienist: Completely insensitive, RUDE staff who enjoy inflicting pain, leave patients unattended. Waiting room is 30 degrees, you will sit there for over an hour and no one is ever at the desk. 5 patients waited for an hour to get teeth cleaned, it took at least 10 minutes for them to be recognized at the desk. I am not a difficult person just want to hold my fiancee's hand during his procedure. I did not say a word to them that warranted their actions and seperated me from my terrified bodybuilder fiancee. Another lady was complaining as well about lousy customer service. She cancelled her apt. Wish we had as well.

cleaning, x-rays , crowns , extractions,. I would highly recommend Dr. Frazier. Very professional!
