My daughter went for a broken tooth. Dr. Starghill suggested a crown. He went to confirm insurance covergae for the crown but never came back. The next thing I know my daughter was practically being thrown out the office because the insurance company was taking to long to verify the fee schedule and we were told we had to leave because they didn't have time to wait. This was the worst customer service for a 16yr old who lost half of her tooth and left feeling helpless.

Had 5 cavities removed over 2 days. 2nd day's work became quite painful after local anesthetic wore-off. Called doctor to ask for pain medication. Dr. Starghill played down my level of discomfort. Would not prescribe any pain medication. This the first time I've had extensive dental work and was denied pain medication. Will not go back to that doctor.

Dr. Starghill is a very good dentist. He is professional yet personable. He is nice looking and easy on the eye. He knows his stuff. Overall I like Dr. Starghill. The only problem I have is his AC doesn't work properly and each time I have been in there it has been hot as well as the front office person which is a hispanic lady don't recall her name early to mid 20's - rude and not friendly. I am unsure if it was because my appts are in the afternoon and she is grumpy by then or what. But the office is clean. Normally the wait isn't too long which is why I go. Dental assistants are nice and friendly and did their best to make me comfy. They did have little fans blowing....

Dr. Starghill is a great dentist that overall performs great work. As a teacher, perfection and professionalism is a high desire. The staff offers great customer service with a smile, which makes the wait enduring and worth it. As a new client, my experience Has been great! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
