My daughter went for a broken tooth. Dr. Starghill suggested a crown. He went to confirm insurance covergae for the crown but never came back. The next thing I know my daughter was practically being thrown out the office because the insurance company was taking to long to verify the fee schedule and we were told we had to leave because they didn't have time to wait. This was the worst customer service for a 16yr old who lost half of her tooth and left feeling helpless.
