I had a cleaning done and the dr took it upon himself to change a filling in my tooth without my permission, upon doing so, he killed the nerve in my front tooth resulting in having a very very painful root canal, it got infected and the lidocain would not numb. So I had to endure that horrible experience from beginning to end. Not done by dr. Owens. I had to pay for that expensive treatment and dr. Owens would not pay a dime. Not only that, when he would clean our teeth, it was only once mind you and I went to another dentist after that, he would take his cleaning pick with tarter on it and literally shove it up our noses and ask us "how does that smell?"

I have had xrays, fillings, cap...love Dr Owens and the girls.

From the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Owens is very punctual. He has done excellent work on my teeth and my entire family before they grew up and moved away. He is gentle and does very professional work. He ask if you understand everything he is explaining to you and will quickly refer you to someone else if he feels it is warranted. His office always handles the insurance. We usually walk in and walk out with a small co-pay and that is that.
When I was out of state on a trip and had a bad toothache, Dr. Ownes office found him where he was working on a charity week-end and he called me, then he called a near-by pharmacy to get me some relief until I could get back to town. Then he referred me to someone else. I still went back to him for him to ok the work.
