Horrible experience with this office during new patient visit. This is not a place for black folks to go. Staff was rude and I didn't even get to see the dentist. Instead, some man in dingy scrubs came in, stared, and left. He then allowed the receptionist and hygenist to run the place bu refusing to allow me to get a routine cleaning with routine bite wing xrays as I had requested during my initial call. Instead they insisted that I MUST get a $500 scaling treatment that I had just had done two months prior. They RUDELY told me if I don't have the scaling, they can't clean my teeth so I left and went back to my other dentist with no problem. Three months later, the rude receptionist "Shannon" had the nerve to bill me for an x-ray I didn't authorize. She kept calling my phone talking about I need to pay or an additional $20 late fee will be added. Late Fee???they did noting for me but abuse my insurance plan. The nerve of them...I will be making a complaint with the TSB.
About Front Desk: Shannon is a B and actually hung up on me when I called to discuss billing. That is so unprofessional. I will be letting Dr. Hobbs know how I was treated...that is, if there really is a Dr. Hobbs at that location.
About Hygienist: Very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Hobbs made a complete set of dentures for me and 2 implants. I am very, very pleased with their work. I had alot of bone loss and he did a wonderful job fitting my dentures. They look nice and feel great. I highly recommend Dr. Hobbs and his staff. I believe they are the best in their field. I would have had implants years ago if I had realized what a difference they would make.
It has definitely been a very positive experience for me.

Dr. Hobbs made a full set of dentures for me . The price was reasonable and my smile is glowing.
Chair side manner...Incredible. Patient..Understanding..

Front Desk Staff. Wonderful..
