Dr. Carlson and his assistant made errors involving the installation of my crown. The base of the crown has a small gap which will allow food and/or bacteria to accumulate in the future, and there is too much space between the crown and the adjacent molar, trapping food. I had no intentions of paying again to have this crown redone properly, so I left his office.

Dr. Carlson and his staff are so wonderful! He and his staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They explain everything very well and their procedures are virtually pain free. I am very happy to have found their office!
