Dr. Carlson and his assistant made errors involving the installation of my crown. The base of the crown has a small gap which will allow food and/or bacteria to accumulate in the future, and there is too much space between the crown and the adjacent molar, trapping food. I had no intentions of paying again to have this crown redone properly, so I left his office.
