Are you kidding? this dental office overcharged me for regular cleaning and check-up. My co-pay is 25$ and she charged me $70 for a normal routine visit. Then, she said I had three cavities. I have not had any cavities since I was a kid. I just went in for another cleaning at another dentist. they said i was fine, even after I had them look at my x-rays again. . I felt like I was trying to be ripped off by this office and it was validated as far as I'm concerned. If you go here, watch-out for your teeth and your pocket

About Hygienist: good conversation, but that's about it. she was rough with my teeth and gums. offered no comfort in what she was doing. I actually bit her on accident, but I think it was sub-countiously.

I, my spous and my children have been seening Dr. Arana and her staff for many years. Her staff is absolute the friendliest out there. She is also very personable and friendly; however, very busy and sometimes rushed. She has always done a great job and strife to make any procedure painless and perfect. When she replaced my front crown she did not stop untill the shade was perfect to make my other teeth. I only rated her a 3 because I have not been to another dentist in Houston so I can't compare, but have never wanted to change either. She has always worked with my insurance so I don't know how expensive she is.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr Arana and her staff. I had been using her for many years but had to change my plan to a DMO and could no longer use her.
I have never had a painful visit. Her staff is always kind and courteous and they are normally good for a laugh or two.
I had 4 porcelain crowns on my top front teeth and normal cleanings done in her office.
I highly recommend this group.

Simply, GREAT. Dr. Arana is a very good profesional and she has a delicate way to work with her patients.
Since I meet her, I didn't have any dental problems.
The customer service is excellent and her office staff is helpful and friendly.
I fully recommend this service, they do really a great job.

I love this office! It's all female, everyone gets along well and they have wonderful truly genuine concern for their patients. They even referred me to my current job when I was having difficulty in my last position. They really treat you like family and do great work. I now take my children also and my son said last month that it was the best and least painful visit he's ever had to the dentist. They really gave him great instruction on flossing and he's been at it every since. I would highly recommend Dr. Arana to anyone looking for a great dentist in a positive environment.

Dr Arana--I highly recommend her! I have had so many bad dentists that I should have nightmares at this point in my life. I used to have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist because of all those horrid experiences. Dr Arana has this beautiful gift to put her patients completely at ease. Her equipment is state-of-the-art technology. She is highly skilled and approachable. Her hygenist is hilarious, her desk staff most helpful, they are all a really great team. I am grateful to have found her. You will be, too.
