I don't know what the first reviewer was talking about! He is an excellent dentist. We have known him for years, but went to a dentist that was more conveniently located for a while...till I realized there is a huge difference in dentists. Dr. Palmer discovered a cavity that had been overlooked and some other issues with my children's teeth. He showed me the X-rays. my daughters best friend who was in dental school at the time looked at the X-rays as well and confirmed. I love Maida, the hygienist...she remembers everything, always asking about our last trip, party, etc. very personable. dr. Palmer is very soft spoken but if you want to get him talking, ask him about his chickens and/or his tomatoes!
About Front Desk: never a problem and easy to work with if I have a change. also, reminder calls, which never hurts!
About Hygienist: there aren't enough stars!

Dr. Palmer is a very qualified Dentist, very gentle and caring for his patients. I have had some grea work done by Dr. Palmer over the years. 8 crowns, at those times I had company insurance and cost was in line with market. He is very personable, cares how you feel and what you look like with his care and work. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone for dental help or care. His wife Vera does all the insurance claims and quoting and she is one of the best in town with all insurance companies.
All though I can't remeber the pricing now, it was reaonable with some one having insurance.

Dr. Palmer is totally dedicated to pain-free dentistry and good, long-lasting results. He takes his job EXTREMELY seriously. He is pleasant, though quiet. Hygenists are superb, as is the rest of his staff. I do find him a bit costly, but always worth the expense. They will definitely file on insurance.

I do not recommend seeing this dentist. He has no integrity, whatsoever. He believes in deceiving his patient into false treatments. He never made eye contact with me as he lied to me to do "his" treatment even when I have other diagnoses from another dentist. He just kept staring down or to the side. He falsified so much information that he could not even recall the date he treated me. Fraudulent and deceptive doctor. He charged me $164 for what he calls an extensive one hour extensive evaluation when our meeting took only 10-15 minutes. It would have taken only 5 minutes but he kept trying to force me to believe his false diagnoses. He took xray films but never evaluated the xrays with me and he charged me for it. He offers free consultation, but when in his office this is never true. Unethical doctor. Becareful seeing this doctor.
