Think Dr Rassner is a professional dentist and good all around person. My problem is with the staff. I had a disagreement about a bill and when I questioned the staff member was treated extremely rude. It escalated to the point of shouting on her end. I found another dentist. Then the harassment started. Was getting calls from several Universities asking for "Brooke Shields" (actress and tooth paste model) this went on for several months. The Dentist is excellent and hopefully this staff member is gone by now.

I have been using Dr. Rassner for 5 yrs and I feel he is the most honest, ethical and pain-free dentist who cares for his patients.
About Hygienist: Donna, the hygienist and Dr. Rassner have been working together for 18 years and they make a good team. Lots of fun to have your teeth cleaned.

I am really pleased with the service I get at Woodlake dental, and with doctor Rassner. I am his patient for 2 yrs now, and I also wear braces. Dr. Rassner is willing to go extra mile to make his patients happy.

I have been going to Dr. Rassner for sometime now, around a year and a half or so.
He CLEARLY does not know what he is doing. On 2 occassions he provided a treatment plan for some dental work that was 1. not necessary (he wanted to do this extra work, root canals etc) and 2. was inaccurately performed work (he did my filling in correctly and did not get out all of the decay), but still he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the filling .
The killing part is on both of these occassions, his own staff told me (on the sly--while he wasn't around) for me to go get a second opinion because even THEY (the staff) did not believe he was accurate. ....I listened to the STAFF got a second opinion and they were right....he could have caused me a lot more pain and a LOT more money (if I would have gotten the root canals).
I am NEVER going there again.
P.S. I had my teeth cleaned there and they did a SHODDY job and when I went to my next dentist...he could not even tell I had a cleaning...How can you mess up a CLEANING?

I have been seeing Dr. Rassner for 4+ years and I am happy with his office and his approach to dentistry. I think that his office has been very helpful and client-oriented. Dr. Rassner is very professional and seems to stay on top of modern dentistry techniques. He takes time to explain his recommendations on fillings, etc.
