I don't mind the free service for dental work, but I have to say Sheffield is a whiner. a while back i was scheduled to get crown during "His Schedule" and he literally whined about it to the desk lady while holding his lil dog. I told the lady not to schedule me as his patient. His wife is much better at dentistry. All in all, after my dental service was complete (4 Gold Crowns) I went back to my previous dentist. Free isn't always worth it. How he gets to do that is beyond me, but I didn't have to pay for anything done.
About Front Desk: Front desk lady was cool, but showing up on time and still waiting for long periods isn't.

Dr. Sheffield is by far the best Dentist I have every gone to. I hate going to the dentist - but Dr. Sheffield and his wife Dr. Linda Sheffield are great Dentists and I always recommend them to my friends. They both always do a great painless job and they have great staff. They have wonderful facilities and wonderful chair-side manners and always try to minimize cost for me.

I love both of them. I have known them for over 10 years. All of my family members go there. They work with us on payments and your insurance company.
About Hygienist: They are really gentle with your teeth/mouth. Everyone is so nice.

Dr. sheffeld has been my dentist for approx. 15 years(even before I had insurance).I have had insurance for the last 10 yrs. and rarly have had to pay out of pocket. Dr Larry is very efficient (he's not a gabber).Dr Linda is very gental and very nice. I have refered many co-workers to Sheffeld and never had any complaints.

I like Dr. Linda Sheffield better than Dr. Larry Sheffield, but overall their work is awesome and they really try to help you out with all anxieties that come with dentistry

Excellent dentist! I've been going to Dr. Sheffield for years. He doesn't do unnecessary work and prices are reasonable.

I was referred to this dentist by a co-worker. The fees are affordable and the office is clean. However, Dr. Larry Sheffield is a bit unfriendly and has no bedside manner. He told me that I needed a filling and returned about 20 minutes later. He approached my chair from the rear and stuck a needle in my mouth without warning and my eyes were closed. I had started to doze as I had arrived early for my appointment and spent 2 hours in the office for x-rays and 2 fillings. He did not give me any warning, therefore I was startled by this event. Then, he started drilling with much force and my mouth was not numb. It was so painful I nearly fell out of the chair. His response was "oops, I guess you need another shot!" Overall, he never spoke, he simply read my chart and told me what he was going to do, he never apologized for any of his actions, and the worst part......the teeth that he filled never bothered me before and my teeth have not stopped hurting since I left his office.
