I don't mind the free service for dental work, but I have to say Sheffield is a whiner. a while back i was scheduled to get crown during "His Schedule" and he literally whined about it to the desk lady while holding his lil dog. I told the lady not to schedule me as his patient. His wife is much better at dentistry. All in all, after my dental service was complete (4 Gold Crowns) I went back to my previous dentist. Free isn't always worth it. How he gets to do that is beyond me, but I didn't have to pay for anything done.
About Front Desk: Front desk lady was cool, but showing up on time and still waiting for long periods isn't.
