On my last visit (I did go every 3 months), everything was normal. Later in the week, I checked my bill (on-line) and noticed that I had been billed twice for the same office visit 27 Sep. I printed a copy of the statement with the double-billing noted and went to see the office manager. She looked at the statement and said, "I don't see it". I contacted my credit card co and they said yes, you have been billed twice on 27 Sep 2012 for the same amount and the same location. I asked that they not pay the second billing, as the first had been paid. After four days the additional amount was deleted from my statement. The office manager just cost Doctor Walker a customer.

Dr. Walker did a root canal for me. Went to another dentist today and found out that Dr. Walker left a piece of a drill bit in my root. Now I have to see a specialist to repair the damage. He ignored my pain and sent a letter stating that he could no longer treat me. Seek treatment from another dentist!

I went in because my front crown had fallen off...I have HUGE vanity issues as well as fear of dentists...he and Becky, his assistant, put me at ease from the moment I walked in. They gave me a cheap rate for a quick fix, then set up an appt for the very next day to do the implants. He gave me meds to relax me, and was absolutely brilliant! Very loving and Becky is very sympathetic and empathetic to the patient's needs. He will be my forever dentist, as well as my children's.
He is average cost, but worth every penny. He genuinely cares about his patients...we have a name...we aren't just a paycheck. I have had LOTS of dental work and LOTS of bad experiences...
Dr. Walker is the best....to he and his staff...YOU ROCK!!!

I am such a baby when it comes to the dentist. This man is wonderful at putting me at ease and does great work. He even remembers that I don't like cotton in my mouth! I have been goin to him since he first started his practice! Highly recomended!
