cleaning, New Crown typically I don't receieve anethesia however my children do and they report that they have experienced no-pain during the procedures.

About Hygienist: As per the norm with the industry, they tend to rotate hygenists however they are always top-notch!

Hands down, the best dentist around! My last dental relationship ended due to inability to schedule around my work day. I did a great deal of searching before chosing Dr. Hevrin. Her staff is professional and efficient. My wait time was only a matter of minutes and once I reached the exam chair, they offered me a blanket! I adore the interaction between Dr. Hevrin and her staff. They are well trained but display a playful banter to keep you at ease. Dr. Hevrin took her time and answered all my questions. She worked with me to accomplish what I wanted at a resonable price. I'm SO glad I found this dentist. I LOVE her!!
About Front Desk: Michelle seems to be Dr. Hevrin's go to girl for EVERYTHING! She verified my insurance and scheduled my appointment. Very nice and knowledgeable.

About Hygienist: Bree performed my cleaning and was sweet as can be. Probably the most quiet out of Dr. Hevrin's staff but just as personable. Her work was very thorough.

Dr. Hevrin attempted an unsuccessful root canal. It did not turn out well and it cost me an extra $1000 dollars to fix Dr. Hevrin's error. She never apologized or offered any financial discount. Dr. Hevrin no longer treats me.

Absolutely the most unprofessional dentist that I have ever been to. Has four patients in chairs at the same time and jumps back and forth between patients. If she were a carpenter she would be a very rough framing carpenter, and is not qualified to do anything finished. After three months of trying to complete something that would normally take 3 to 4 weeks, I was left with a mess, I went to another dentist that actually had references, and they told me that what was done to my mouth, was not only unprofessional, but that it would not even meet the quality of a dental student's practice work. Pitiful, unprofessional and I think the positive reviews must have been put here by the dentist herself and not a patient.
About Hygienist: Bree, the hygienist works in numerous offices and only comes to this one occasionally, she did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth.

First, this practive took me back a half hour after the scheduled appointment which is pretty common so that was OK because I was a new patient and the staff had not verified insurance beforehand. Then the hygenist (not her fault) did not have the proper equipment for the digital xray--the bite piece I needed was "at the shop." The real kicker was that the dentist went to run a personal errand when she should have been looking at my teeth and the hygenist said she would not have time to clean my teeth because she was running out of time. (I had made a special trip in order to get an exam and cleaning at the same time so I was not happy.) If someone had not canceled I would have had to come back again. I was just not treated like I was paying customer. This was definitely the most unprofessional dental office I have been to and I go regularly and just moved ot the area. I picked this dentist specifically because of her rating on the internet. I was very disappointed and I don't think I will be going back. This is not a 4 star practice and I just wanted other new patients to know. You deserve better! Also as other have noticed this is the most expensive dentist that I have ever been to!

Dr.hervron is great, she keeps the treatment area cold so bring a jacket! but the energy of her and her staff keep you warm.

I just love Dr. Hevrin! She is such a great professional -- very knowledgeable and friendly. Her personality is very entertaining too! I switched my whole family over to her.

i have been with dentist kathy hevrin in mansfield, texas for 3 years. she is reasonable dentist but her business staff, especially michelle, is incompetent. endless problems with billing & insurance even though i got everything pre-certified. hygenist is average. dental charges higher than average

Kathy Hevrin is the best dentist that I have ever had. I just visited her office for the very 1st time and not knowing anything about her, or her staff, I came out VERY satisfied and feeling like I have been going there all of my life! I will definatetly refer my friends and family to her office.

Dr Hevrin is great!!! The only problem was the attitude of the front desk, she verified my insurance and then entered it into the computer wrong which ended up costing me more than double the cost of what I was told. I understand that it was a mistake, but no one accepted responsibility and no one apologized, instead I was told that my insurance was verified by another girl in the office and that she cant help that it was wrong. After calling my insurance company I found out that the front desk girl was indeed the one that verified my insurance TWICE!!! And still no apology, just a bigger bill!!! This is really too bad because I really like Dr Hevrin, but I dont need the stress of having to deal with the front desk girl's inconsistency and lack of knowledge of her position...
The Doctor and everyone else in the office was great!!! It really is too bad when a front desk person can cost a Physician new patients and referrals due to her attitude and inability to accept her own errors.
