I have gone to Dr Valacich over 20 years. If you knew me, and my fear of dentists, Dr valacich would be my recommendation. His staff is first rate, helpful and caring. If you fear dentists or want to be handled with kid gloves, and have excellent work done, he is the one.

If you are looking for the BEST and most "pain free" dentist in Tucson, look no further. He has totally alleviated my fear of dentist! I had been scared of dentist since my initial experience when I was 10 years old. My biggest fear was the pain caused when Novacaine was injected. Dr. Valacich is SOOOOOOO good with his "needle mastery" that no matter what part of your mouth is being injected, even the inside of the front teeth, you feel absolutely NO PAIN, PERIOD! I recommend him to everyone I know. When I go to a dentist my only concern is the competency of the dentist and his office staff has always been helpful and courteous. I hope he never sells his practice, because it would be almost impossible to find another dentist of his caliber with the same courteous nature and complete thoroughness! He treats all patients as individuals and my daughter is no longer apprehensive about a visit to the dentist! A+++++++ is not enough to represent Dr. Valacich

Dr. Valacich is competent, but his office staff is not. His major dental assistant is also qualified. They both know their stuff. Unfortunately, his office staff is frequently incompetent, especially concerning overall patient care, billing, and delivery of dental appliances to those who expect them in a timely manner. On several occasions, I've had to specifically request they contact their lab regarding the times of their delivery for my partials, which are often over-due - and frequently, and already - at their office location, often with no notice to the patient. My experience at their Mission location has, on several occasions, been less than professional.
About Hygienist: At least as of 2010, Dr. Valaciche's hygenist has been admirable.

Dr Valacich is great, he is very patient and will take a few minutes to answer any questions. The STAFF is my problem. I've been going to him for seven years they are NEVER willing to help you set up appointment even two months in advance. It's ABSURD! This has been a contiuous cycle. My time and money is just as inportant as theirs.
