Very bad experience. This dentist does not know what she is doing! all of my bonding fell off....the very next day. Then she said she would redue it again after a month.I asked her how long until they should last and she said years. it's been a year...and now there chipping again!!

I have been going to Dr. Beltrane for over 20 years. Her office is located near my house and very convenient. Her staff is always pleasant and very helpful, never judgmental. Dr. Beltrane is personable, caring and is very concerned that her patients feel no pain. She explains clearly the treatment modality the costs are provided prior to service. She have treated all members of my family and we consider her not only our dental provider, but friend as well. She has performed root canals, crowns and fillings on my teeth over the years. What I find particularly refreshing is that she has no qualms referring you to a specialist when required. She is always concerned about my comfort during dental procedures and believes there should be no pain involved with dental procedures. I would strongly recommend (and have recommended) to anyone looking for a dental professional in San Antonio.

We have experienced nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Beltrane & her staff for over 16 yrs. She is top notch, with a fun personality. Her staff is extremely friendly. Front desk is very welcoming. The hygienist is wonderful. Going to a dentist is not a happy time but this comes close!

the last visit was for a filling. told the doctor no needles and she did a great job no pain. prices have always been reasonable. the hygienist is great and works with my schedule on cleanings.. I prefer nine months not six.

The financial and administrative management is horrible. They even mix your records from other patients, and charge dollars for the services never rendered. Arguing never helps, very stubborn.
Never visit.
About Hygienist: Hygienist is a very nice lady, but she has limited role to perform when it comes to invoicing you.

Another dentist at Dr. Beltrane's office treated my 7yo for a cavity and a week later the filling broke off. We returned some weeks later and Dr. Beltrane told us that the filling was done wrong. She did a pulpotomy on my daughter and refilled the tooth. My daughter was crying and in pain the entire time. I kept asking Dr. Beltrane if she could give her more pain meds,but she said no. Also, They kept calling the wrong number for my insurance, and I practically had to do my own insurance claim. This went on for an entire month! I gave them my insurance info about 5 different times and they kept getting it wrong and telling me that I had no dental insurance. I had to keep calling my insurance for them! I will never go back to Dr. Beltrane's office again. Also the filling broke off again a month later.

Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere. Great care by all!! I have never been felt more comfortable at a dentist office. She has also seen my two young boys for cleanings and they loved everyone there.
