Another dentist at Dr. Beltrane's office treated my 7yo for a cavity and a week later the filling broke off. We returned some weeks later and Dr. Beltrane told us that the filling was done wrong. She did a pulpotomy on my daughter and refilled the tooth. My daughter was crying and in pain the entire time. I kept asking Dr. Beltrane if she could give her more pain meds,but she said no. Also, They kept calling the wrong number for my insurance, and I practically had to do my own insurance claim. This went on for an entire month! I gave them my insurance info about 5 different times and they kept getting it wrong and telling me that I had no dental insurance. I had to keep calling my insurance for them! I will never go back to Dr. Beltrane's office again. Also the filling broke off again a month later.
