I have had the worst time getting ahold of this dentist I think he really doesnt work, the answering machine (that should tell you something) says mon-thu 9-5 and fri 9- noon...I just called 9.50am and NO ONE answered UGH I am done with this dentist!!

I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. Great personality and he is very gentle ( i have sensitive gums). I have already recommended him to my parents and neighbors.

I had never experienced such a lack of customer service like in this place. I started going here only because it's about 5 minutes from my house, but since the first phone call, it took them forever to call me back. This after I had called and left messages several times. This last time, I had to call to change my appointment. Called and first of all, nobody ever picks up the phone. I left a message. Somebody called about two days later and as soon as I picked up the phone they hung up on me. And no it wasn't a mistake. I called them back and again no response.
My last call to them was just to tell them to cancel all of my family's appointments because we were not coming back. I never even got a call back to apologize or anything.
This to me is the worst place. Don't waist your time. The place also looks very dirty and cluttered.
There are plenty of good dentists in San Antonio. No reason to end up in a place like this.

DR johnson has taken care of me for appx 7 years i have always been very happy with the office and the service . this dr is a good dr and will take his time and also does good work i have told all my fellow employees about this dr and will continue to spead the word.

Office is plain, but serviceable. Price and professional manner are excellent. Dental service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Dr. Johnson is a dentist first, business man second. He is not going to do a procedure just to line his pockets. That is reassuring because I want nothing drilled or pulled unless it is absolutely necessary.

The office is very basic & seems outdated. The floors are dirty and do not look like they are cleaned or swept very often. There is alot of clutter (boxes & paperwork) in the back and especially the front desk area. There doesn't seem to be a full time office mgr. or receiptionist because many times no one has returned a phone call for days. There is not a quick response to any questions a person may have.....the patient has to keep calling.
Very poor customer service.... the girl at the front has answered the phone while a patient was standing right in front of her and helped the person on the phone instead!!!!

A very basic office, but always pleasant interactions. Dr. Johnson does many of the cleanings himself, but also has a hygeinist. He's very busy, but schedules appointments early - very early - if need be. I've been a patient for a number of years and am very satisfied.
