I had never experienced such a lack of customer service like in this place. I started going here only because it's about 5 minutes from my house, but since the first phone call, it took them forever to call me back. This after I had called and left messages several times. This last time, I had to call to change my appointment. Called and first of all, nobody ever picks up the phone. I left a message. Somebody called about two days later and as soon as I picked up the phone they hung up on me. And no it wasn't a mistake. I called them back and again no response.
My last call to them was just to tell them to cancel all of my family's appointments because we were not coming back. I never even got a call back to apologize or anything.
This to me is the worst place. Don't waist your time. The place also looks very dirty and cluttered.
There are plenty of good dentists in San Antonio. No reason to end up in a place like this.
