I've come to this Dental office my whole life. I am confident that Dr. Kellogg & all his staff are consummate professionals. I could not imagine going anywhere else. A trip to see Dr. Kellogg & staff always feels comfortable & familiar; whether I am there for a routine check-up or under painful circumstances. I know that I will be well taken care of and treated with the utmost respect, concern, & courtesy.

Dr. Kellogg does a great deal of patient education, so if you are the kind of person who likes to know why dentists do things the way they do, this is the right dentist for you. He is always willing to explain what is going on, as well as the long-term implications of the choices available. He tries very hard to eliminate the almost automatic "guilt" that his patients feel about their care of their teeth (or lack thereof), which helps patients feel comfortable returning for future work -- especially good for grimy teenagers whose dental hygiene is less than satisfactory. My kids don't seem to mind going to the dentist at all. His office staff has been very accomodating of our scheduling needs.

I've only had my teeth cleaned there, and all the hygienists were great. I love Dr. Kellogg; he's great with patients. He recommended me to a great orthodontist to have my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Kellogg is always there when I need him, even in the middle of the night, and if he's not he's always got someone on calll for him. The people at the front desk are generally speaking pretty nice. I have encountered one that wasn't rude but certainly wasn't very helpful when I called about a cracked tooth and was in excrutiating pain. I know Dr. Kellogg would have had me come in immediately or at least called me something in for the pain. But the secretary said he was too busy and would tell him if she could. She also said it might even have to wait until tomorrow, which was devastating news for me, considering the pain I'm in. My insurance is great with cleanings and basic procedures; until it comes to root canals, which I might have to have. They only pay 50 percent, and I simply cannot afford the other half.
