Dr Trinidad facility was extremely dirty. Old dirty tools keep on tray without napkin to be placed on

I had a great experience at this dentist office. I had a filing fall out and was terrified when they told me that I needed a root canal and crown. I didn't feel the needle at all and they numbed me so well that I was surprised when they were done! They also gave me headphones so I didn't have to hear the nasty sound of the drill on my teeth. I saw Dr. Adham and she was great. Her assistants were super friendly and I was seen on time.

I have been visiting this dentist office for 5 years since I moved to San Antonio. The staff are extremely friendly and dr Trinidad and her associate dr adham have both been great to me. I had some veneers done recently, an implant crown, and a root canal. All procedure were painless and I was seen in time. I really appreciate the individual time the staff and doctors give me. Thank you to my fav dentist office!

A lot of discomfort in the chair for a simple crown. Ouch. Pain and pain pills afterward. Seems like a bigginner.

Crowns, 2 fillings, a root canal. She and her associate were really gentle and I fell asleep during the root canal!

Dr Trinidad messed up my teeth!! She is a general dentist practicing orthodontics. Don't let her pretty office fool you, she does not know what she's doing! A year into my treatment I started complaining about my progress. She sent me to see another FastBraces office in Austin. They took one look at her work and said, "Look at the mess she made." After I went to that office she refused to see me for a year. The end result is she not only messed up my teeth but she ruined my bite. My new treatment will cost $6,000. My new orthodonist is recommending jaw surgery, teeth removal, 2 additional years in braces. All of this after 4 years of service with Dr. Trinidad?? That's ridiculous. And all she offered me was a refund. She is horrible and I will be reporting her to the American Dental Association.

I visited Dr. Trinidad because she was on my plan. I have always been happy with the warm and friendly staff and level of care.

I met Dr Diane Trinidad and found her as well as her staff simply wonderful, helpful and very comforting to be around. Her laugh is contagious and her service is absolutely great. I had cavities filled and she took such great care. I recommend this dentist.. and staff absolutely!

About Hygienist: Very helpful and nice, did her job well, another visit another hygenist did his job well too!

She is a general dentist practicing orthodontics, she doesn't know what she is doing, she messed up my teeth
