Dr Trinidad messed up my teeth!! She is a general dentist practicing orthodontics. Don't let her pretty office fool you, she does not know what she's doing! A year into my treatment I started complaining about my progress. She sent me to see another FastBraces office in Austin. They took one look at her work and said, "Look at the mess she made." After I went to that office she refused to see me for a year. The end result is she not only messed up my teeth but she ruined my bite. My new treatment will cost $6,000. My new orthodonist is recommending jaw surgery, teeth removal, 2 additional years in braces. All of this after 4 years of service with Dr. Trinidad?? That's ridiculous. And all she offered me was a refund. She is horrible and I will be reporting her to the American Dental Association.
