Dr. Donelson is very knowledgable and friendly. He does a wonderful job and is very thorough. He takes good care of his patients and has their best interest at heart. There was no wait time and they made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend Spring Dentist!

Dr Donelson is very qualified and knowledgeable,
His front office staff can be a little lacked in Customer Service skills when coordinating treatment fees and patient payment. They are very quick to send you to collections if you dont pay your bills , but wont really take time to discuss fees/ payment when you are in the office.
About Hygienist: Always a new one in the office every 6 months, they cannot seem to keep one on staff.

Good, reliable, friendly. Looks at all situations. Low pain. Good procedures. Good with billing. Opens at 7:AM. Good front desk. Good hygenists.

My minor daughter went to them at the invitation of the office manager so they could "have a look" when her braces came off. We later recieved an enourmous bill for charges but were never consulted, given an estimate or approved any work.
After refusing to pay, they lowered the charge but we still do not want to pay for something we did not want done. Now the office is harassing us at work and threatening to garnish wages and such.
He may be a very good dentist, everything else is lacking.

Dr. Donelson has been treating my family for more than 14 years. He and his staff are always so helpful. They go out of their way to help you with financing, understanding your treatment and insurance. Dr. Donelson is so down to earth! You will not be scared in his chair! He cuts up with you and he also has laughing gas if you need it! My kids love him and his staff. Everytime we pass by their office they ask can we stop by and say Hi. Sometimes Dr. Donelson gets in water gun fights with the patients! I use to be scared to go to the dentist but now I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and don't mind if I have to go back for dental treatment. I have never felt like the doctor was over charging me to pay for a "new car"! I have never been hurt in his office and you can't tell when you get a shot! I love him and his office manager. His office manager has been there a long time and she is always so friendly and so helpful. She is never rude and is always helpful! I would recommend Dr. Donelson to anyway, especially if you are scared of the dentist like I once was! My parents, my children and my husbands family all see Dr. Donelson, we have three generations of family that feel the same way.

My son and I have gone to Dr. Donelson for several years now and we are very pleased. My son had a tooth chipped playing baseball and the Dr. repaired that. It is a very friendly place. Dr. Donelson is very good with kids. He was an eagle scout.
