Dr. Donelson has been treating my family for more than 14 years. He and his staff are always so helpful. They go out of their way to help you with financing, understanding your treatment and insurance. Dr. Donelson is so down to earth! You will not be scared in his chair! He cuts up with you and he also has laughing gas if you need it! My kids love him and his staff. Everytime we pass by their office they ask can we stop by and say Hi. Sometimes Dr. Donelson gets in water gun fights with the patients! I use to be scared to go to the dentist but now I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and don't mind if I have to go back for dental treatment. I have never felt like the doctor was over charging me to pay for a "new car"! I have never been hurt in his office and you can't tell when you get a shot! I love him and his office manager. His office manager has been there a long time and she is always so friendly and so helpful. She is never rude and is always helpful! I would recommend Dr. Donelson to anyway, especially if you are scared of the dentist like I once was! My parents, my children and my husbands family all see Dr. Donelson, we have three generations of family that feel the same way.
