Dr Ho is a very good dentist but the front desk staff seems to dictate all the over charge and not to refund the excess money and that make a lot of customer not to come back to a good dentist !!!!
About Front Desk: This is the worst part,the young girl at the front desk would ask you to pay more than you should pay upfront and then after the insurance paid she would deduct more from your prepaid and called it "upgrade's charge" and wouldn't give back your overpaid til you insisted her to do so.This seems to be a routine work on her part to pocket more money or what ?Dr Dung needs to look into this bad practice because he already loose a lot of customers.

There is never a wait in his office for an appointment. His staff schedules patients according to procedures being performed.
His office is always clean and neat, which is a huge plus.
There is a communication skill that is lacking at the front desk so I'm not always clear when checking out what the receptionist is commuicating to me. So, often she needs to repeat herself.

I had probably the most thorough cleaning I've had in years with Dr. Ho's hygienst. The staff is friendly and so is Dr. Ho and his associates. I recently transferred to his Herndon office and was pretty impressed.

If you are looking for a friendly family dentistry care staff and clean facility, Dr. Ho would be a good place to visit. I was pretty happy as far as using him for regular cleanings.
However, I highly reccommend that you DONNOT allow Dr. Ho to do any cosmetic treatment on you or more complex dental work (for lack of a better description). I did a crowning with this dentist, the crown did not fit properly. He also grinned the tooth too much, the tooth became so sensitive I had to spend extra money on a root canal afterwards (from another specialist). I had heard warnings from his former patients about using Dr. Ho for more complex dental work but did not heed. I wish I had.

Dr. Ho is very good a caring dentist. The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. Dr. Ho seems to really care about his patients and answered all of my questions and concerns.
