About Front Desk: This is the worst part,the young girl at the front desk would ask you to pay more than you should pay upfront and then after the insurance paid she would deduct more from your prepaid and called it "upgrade's charge" and wouldn't give back your overpaid til you insisted her to do so.This seems to be a routine work on her part to pocket more money or what ?Dr Dung needs to look into this bad practice because he already loose a lot of customers.
