Before Dr.Fuentes I avoided going to the dentist for 7 years. I had and
emergency and needed to go. She was very nice, explain very
well all the options. I finally had a crown and she was very patient with me
and made me feel very comfortable.
She is now being my dentist for 14 years.
I truly recommend her for her work ethics as well as her kindness.

I met Dr. Agnes Fuentes over 20 years ago, before she went
into her own practice, I could be wrong, this is when you were located down by the metro station in Crystal City.
She was excellent, I will never forget her, she calmed me down, I think I was having surgery, a tooth had broken off or it needed to be removed and I was afraid. Because over the years I have had several different types of insurance, it seems to be all the ones she does not take.
But, I very much would like to come and see her again, because I need dental work done and I trust her with my mouth.

Dr. Fuentes is very competent and professional. She has been my doctor for the last 8 years and really like how they treat me as a patient. Also she is really good for emergencies.

My husband and I switched from Dr. Fuentes after much frustration and an overall lack of satisfaction. Dealing with an incompetent receptionist was the main difficulty with this doctor. In pain from an impacted wisedom tooth, the receptionist refused to give me a referral for an oral surgeon to get the tooth removed because I had not visited their office for 9 months, 3 months past their 6 month mandatory visits. The receptionist cared little about my comfort and quality of their services for their patients. There are many good dentists out there and there's no need to deal with this type of frustration.

Been with Dr. Fuentes for 1 year. Does generally good work and is pleasant enough. Cleanings and checkups are done well and she explains things clearly. Handled crown work well also. Always feel like they push to have work done that isn't really necessary. Also, prices seem high, but don't really have a comparison in the DC area.
