My husband and I switched from Dr. Fuentes after much frustration and an overall lack of satisfaction. Dealing with an incompetent receptionist was the main difficulty with this doctor. In pain from an impacted wisedom tooth, the receptionist refused to give me a referral for an oral surgeon to get the tooth removed because I had not visited their office for 9 months, 3 months past their 6 month mandatory visits. The receptionist cared little about my comfort and quality of their services for their patients. There are many good dentists out there and there's no need to deal with this type of frustration.
