Somewhat unfriendly and difficult to deal with. While in the chair, she seemed a little preoccupied. She hadn't even looked at my medical history (she prescribed me something I had already been on for 6 years). Also didn't alert me beforehand that my insurance would not cover a certain procedure leaving me with an unexpected (and very significant) bill. The rest of the office is awesome (hygienists, reception, and other dentists), especially Dr. Palabrica who I usually see. Dr. Wu in particular is not very good.

I was afraid to go to dentist, but Dr. Wu is so nice and friendly. I finally did what I should have done long time ago.

She did a great job and walked me through the entire procedure because sometimes I am a bit of a frady cat, but she was great.

Good care - Dental techs are very good. Doctor's care is Ok - but after my last visit my jaw was sore for days.

Insurance help and front desk help were very good but even after three tries dentist was unable to properly fashion the bite. The pressure caused the back tooth to get a fracture which resulted in the requirement for a root canal.
