Somewhat unfriendly and difficult to deal with. While in the chair, she seemed a little preoccupied. She hadn't even looked at my medical history (she prescribed me something I had already been on for 6 years). Also didn't alert me beforehand that my insurance would not cover a certain procedure leaving me with an unexpected (and very significant) bill. The rest of the office is awesome (hygienists, reception, and other dentists), especially Dr. Palabrica who I usually see. Dr. Wu in particular is not very good.
