My entire family sees Dr. Asam.
He has delivered excellent dental care in a very supportive, sensitive and competent environment .
I have referred many friends and colleagues to him because of his excellence.
His front office staff , especially Jill, are first rate and the hygienists are fantastic.
About Front Desk: The efficiency , sensitivity and competence of Jill and the front office staff cannot be beat . Every detail is taken care of with calmness, personable humor and efficiency . Patients' individual needs are considered and accommodated with courteous professionalism .

Very nice. takes GREAT care... is always friendly...and you can tell he loves his job very much. He is AWESOME...you have to go see him...he even gives prizes or toys to the kids after they visit!

This dentist has a cancellation policy, and even though I followed it specifically, I was told I had to call ahead to see if appointments were available on a specific day rather than make appointments for future visits. Because my husband did not follow the cancellation policy, I was treated like a second-class citizen when I DID follow the policy to the letter. The office staff refused to see us as two individual patients. I was treated as if I had abused their system. I would advise no one to patron this dentist. For a small practice, they need to up their customer service. Look elsewhere for a friendly, helpful experience.
