My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Soules for over 20 years. If she wasn't an exceptional dentist we wouldn't continue with her practice. Her office equipment allows for crowns to be made in her office which is definitely a plus since it doesn't require a second visit to place the crown.

Unbelievably Horrible!
I ended up going to an oral surgeon and he couldn’t believe that a licensed dentist had done my crowns. She wouldn’t even acknowledge it, no conscious or shame at all! Long story short, because of the crowns that she claimed I “need”, I can’t even smile without feeling pain, I feel constant pressure on my sinuses and jaws and haven’t been able to really eat for a month now. If anyone is curious I can share the surgeon’s and another dentist’s letter about her job!

This is a tough review for me as she's had really positive reviews from me in the past. However, I've noted some changes in her practice and I've become increasingly disappointed by her service and overall approach to dental care, from appointment fees to her own cancellations to unnecessary procedures warranted by nothing than "it's time to do X" despite not complaining of any issues and adding unnecessary costs. The fact is dental care is obviously part practical and then some subjective recommendations for interventions. It's quite easy for a dentist to add services and procedures because we get nervous about medical stuff and getting "sick" or having something wrong with us is scary. Also, her staff seems to be nervous around her. I'm not sure if that's new or it's always been that way and I didn't notice.

After several years of good service, my last visit left me with problems to this day, that since 2009. I had a broken crown that was replaced so quickly without consideration of sensitivity. I ended up having to see an oral surgeon for a root canal, it was painful, expensive & unnecessary. She also gave me a going away present of a missed appt fee. You just had to live thru it, worst dental experience ever!

Very poor customer service. Dr. Soules is rude, and unprofessional. The staff are not trained properly. Expect to wait for over an hour to even be seen. I do not recommend this denist to anyone.

Let me first begin by saying that I LOVE this dentist - I have very sensitive teeth and the technicians there are so careful not to cause me too much pain which I very much appreciate. I docked them some stars because of their cancellation policy. On their website, it states that if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $75 MAY be applied. Got it, no problems there. Unfortunately for me, I wake up the morning of my appointment (a Monday) with an incredible migraine. Rather than drag myself to the dentist when I was already in some major pain, I gave them a call as soon as they opened to try and reschedule for later in the week. I was told under no uncertain terms that I would be charged this fee - irregardless of the fact a migraine doesn't come with 24 hours notice AND the fact that they were closed the 48 hours prior to my appointment...making the 24 hours notice thing a little difficult. I'm just not sure the common sense was there. I tried to get myself out of bed to get to the appointment and failed miserably. Will still get charged.

I have been a patient of Dr. Soules since I was a kid. My whole family have been patients of hers for over 10 years! I would and have highly recommended her to many of my friends. I have always had nothing but good things to say about going to dentist because for as long as I have been going to the dentist regularly, I have had the best of the best. She has one of the most beautiful health professional offices I have seen or been too, yet still the most affordable in the area!

Dr Souls and entire staff are Great. Ican't wait to go back and get rest of the work done. i know now that becouse of them Inever be afrid of dentist again.

About 3 years ago, i fell and chipped my front tooth so bad that it had to get pulled. Dr. Soules ended up doing my crown and it looks amazing! I was initially worried about how my smile would look with a fake tooth, but you can hardly tell a difference. I had a different dentist before, but switched over to her. Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to others. Her new office is so pretty and chic looking!
