The general, practice is ok but when you have an emergency, they will not see you the same day, but whenever they can. They rather let you with your pain than inconvenience their schedule.

Exam and Cleaning arranged...However, the nurses began to do a periodontal exam, which I did not need since I actually had one done by an actual periodontist (for which I had a dental cleaning and connective tissue graft three months before coming to this practice). The hygienist was very heavy handed with the tools and she definitely hurt me. She said that my teeth were bad so she had to use a water tool. When I was done, the doctor (who was very nice, but about to retire) took a quick look at my x-rays from a few months ago and said everything was great. He commented on how beautiful and white my teeth were. Little did I know that they submitted my insurance for a full debridement...my cousin is a dentist and was shocked. He advised me that this doctor was trying to bill for unneeded services... By the way, this practice will dump you once you go on Medicare.
About Hygienist: HORRIBLE. Big hands, and rough touch. Took the floss and plucked me instead of doing the "up and down"...

Poor bedside manner. My bill was in error and he and his office became unresponsive in providing me with follow-up.

Dr. Jeff Clark is very friendly and patient. He doesn't push for expensive treatments like some other dentists. And he took the time to explain what caused my dental problems and treatment options.

This practice thinks the time of the dentists is more important than the time of their customers. They don't realize patients are customers. Lateness is shrugged off with "Well, it's a very busy practice" Atitude of staff is appalling and must reflect the attitude of the dentists practicing there.
At my first visit the dentist did not even introduce himself, smile, offer a handshake. Money seems to be the motivating factor here.

Best I've had! Very professional, yet friendly. Had a cap replaced up front, and you can't tell it's there! No lines, edges, or color variance. OUTSTANDING!!!

Dr. Clark is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I originally came to him a couple years ago for a general teeth cleaning. I had not been to a dentist for years and he was highly recommended by a friend. At my first visit, I was extremely impressed by the courteousness, professionalism, and quality of work, of him and his staff. At my own request, he replaced some esthetic front teeth crowns for me and did a fantastic job -- taking extra care to make them look exactly the way I wanted. I have since, for the first time in several years, been having regular 6-month dental cleanings / checkups. Dr. Clark has never pressured me to buy expensive services, as many other dentists seem to do. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Clark for dental services.
