My first experience at the office was a cleaning. The hygienist was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. My next appointment involved a filling and I found Dr. Kim to be patient, considerate and terrific. No pain and wonderful results. Have found all the staff to be extremely courteous and friendly. Would absolutely recommend their services.

I would not recommend this dentist. He has a short temper and is money driven.

Do not go to Dr. Kim. I was not enthused by him at a regular cleaning and check-up, he was a bit arrogant and not very friendly but I didn't think it was so bad. Then he said I needed a night guard (to prevent grinding my teeth at night). OK; so far, so good. BUT: not only did he charge TWICE as much as other dentists in the area (I checked later), the device actually started messing up my teeth! I went back and asked him to fix it. After much unprofessional grumbling and more arrogance he finally agreed, at no extra cost (at least there was that). Then he disappeared for weeks. I didn't hear anything, and finally called the office; the receptionist told me she'd look into it and get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I waited some more. I called back, and was told he still needed to work on it... by this point it has been 3 MONTHS. The receptionist tried to make it sound like it was taking so long because he was doing this at no charge out of the goodness of his heart, rather than fixing something that he did wrong in the first place. I am never, never going back there again.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was great; she was the only good part about that whole office.

Terrific cosmetic work, and at a great price! Really workable appointments. Dr. Kim cares about his patients and it shows! I've had nothing but compliments on his work. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

This dentist put a crown in the back of my mouth. I was horrified when I got home and saw that I had this huge sunshine yellow crown in my mouth. My teeth are translucent grey, white and I have many crowns from another dentist that match my teeth perfectly. This crown is so big that I constantly bite the inside of my cheek when I eat and it is just square. It is major ugly. I am so unhappy that I will never let him touch my teeth again. Thank God it wasn't a front tooth. I chose this dentist because he was listed in my dental plan.

THE WORST PLACE EVER! It took them 3, 1/2 hours for a root canal! Doctor wasn't nice, assistants were not well trained. Doctor was keep scolding the assistant while he was working on my tooth (uncomfortable for me, unprofessional for them). I was in tears with pain(the area was not num enough but they ignored my complaint and kept working on it). No explanation, no apology, nothing. The worst experience ever!

great pain management! Dr. Kim is very direct and does not recommend treatment to make money - just the opposite, tried to save me money and gives great dental care.
