Do not go to Dr. Kim. I was not enthused by him at a regular cleaning and check-up, he was a bit arrogant and not very friendly but I didn't think it was so bad. Then he said I needed a night guard (to prevent grinding my teeth at night). OK; so far, so good. BUT: not only did he charge TWICE as much as other dentists in the area (I checked later), the device actually started messing up my teeth! I went back and asked him to fix it. After much unprofessional grumbling and more arrogance he finally agreed, at no extra cost (at least there was that). Then he disappeared for weeks. I didn't hear anything, and finally called the office; the receptionist told me she'd look into it and get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I waited some more. I called back, and was told he still needed to work on it... by this point it has been 3 MONTHS. The receptionist tried to make it sound like it was taking so long because he was doing this at no charge out of the goodness of his heart, rather than fixing something that he did wrong in the first place. I am never, never going back there again.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was great; she was the only good part about that whole office.
