All simple procedures such as cleanings and minor cosmetic fixes were fine--the problems arose when he has to do complicated and serious
jobs on teeth. I wouldn't recommend going to him for anything bigger than a minor fix up like a small cavity. He replaced my real teeth with
dentures, but it was done so wrong (the front teeth stick out) that it changed my entire facial appearance. He wouldn't admit that he did the job
wrong and refused to fix it, finding a thousand excuses to not redo the job.

When we found cavities on my 4 year old, I was concerned because he *hates* needles and I thought he might freak out. Dr. Bradley was simply awesome. He talked to my son the whole time, made him feel comfortable, explained in his language what he was about to do to him and my son was very calm and didn't even notice the anesthesia! He laid still during the whole procedure while Dr. Bradley made him feel comfortable through conversation. The experience was a huge success!
About Hygienist: I forget her name, but she also was great at keeping my son's mind off the procedure, distracted him, comforted him. She was great too.

Dr. Sevilla is always friendly and courteous but her receptionist is rude and unhelpful, at best. I've been driving long ways to visit Dr. Sevilla for years but will no longer do so because of the receptionist always puts me on hold for extended periods of time on the phone.
This last time I was wrongfully charged for no-show. How is that possible when I never booked an appointment? And the reason why I can't book an appointment is because they're always fully booked 4-5 weeks in advance. I called the Dr's office to ask about the charge and the receptionist said she was too busy and had to call me back. Well, I'm busy too, but ok. Then no call. I call back at the end of the week. She hangs up the phone once I tell her I'm following up on my last call and does not pick up when I immediately call her back. Very FRUSTRATING dealing with this woman! Will not EVER go back again and good luck to those who do that she doesn't unleash her rudeness!

Absolutely happy with the services and the quality of work. no complaints here nor from my 2 sons and the oldest is 21. Am always recommending both doctors to my friends. Front desk is thorough and always friendly. Assistants are helpful and friendly as well
About Hygienist: Katie Woods has been my hygienist for more than 10 years. Am pleased with her work and has found a better way to treat and control my dental problem.

I went to see Dr Bradley for a regular exam and for TMJ. He recommended a mouth guard that was placed on my crowns. I kept asking if this was going to damage my crowns and I was told no. Within 2 months, one broke. I had tooth damage and ended up needing pretty extensive repairs from an endodontist and a prosthodontist. As another person mentioned, the facilities are not that clean looking and even the cleaning was just not impressive to top it off. I would not recommend.

Dr. Bradley has always been very professional. The staff is extremely friendly and I don't feel pressure from any of them. He's be very good at suggesting things and other peoples' services...if it's not in his line of work. I would (and have) suggested them to people...most definitely.

Positive: Flexible for appts, accepts BCBS insurance, nice staff, seem to be straight-shooters about work needing to be done on teeth (as opposed to doctors who recommend very costly treatments to make $$).
Negative: The facilities in the actual office exam rooms look very dated and even a little dirty/dingy. The office/doctor could not find my records from a previous appt, which, to be fair, was about 2 years ago. Fixed a tooth but left a rather sharp edge which has bugged me for a while.
