Dr. Sevilla is always friendly and courteous but her receptionist is rude and unhelpful, at best. I've been driving long ways to visit Dr. Sevilla for years but will no longer do so because of the receptionist always puts me on hold for extended periods of time on the phone.
This last time I was wrongfully charged for no-show. How is that possible when I never booked an appointment? And the reason why I can't book an appointment is because they're always fully booked 4-5 weeks in advance. I called the Dr's office to ask about the charge and the receptionist said she was too busy and had to call me back. Well, I'm busy too, but ok. Then no call. I call back at the end of the week. She hangs up the phone once I tell her I'm following up on my last call and does not pick up when I immediately call her back. Very FRUSTRATING dealing with this woman! Will not EVER go back again and good luck to those who do that she doesn't unleash her rudeness!
