She does shoddy work. Bills under other dentist. Dr. Czarnik and her staff do a painful terrible job. Most of the time her assistants do the work. They over bill. They do not return calls if they mess up a procedure. If you cancel an appt. and its not within 24 hours. they charge you a cx fee. you are better off tying a string around the door and pulling your own teeth.

Veneer job on front tooth ended up with bone loss and implant. Doctor Czarnik botched job and I have been in pain for 5 years. I kept telling her I was in pain, my gums were bleeding and she says everything is fine. My teeth throb constantly and my speech has changed due to damage.

Dr Czarnik was professional, FAST (she did several cavities in one visit) and was pleasant.

My tooth in the front was slightly discolored due to a trauma to the tooth about 5 years ago. She said during my first visit and routine cleaning that she could crown it and it would look great. Let me just say she completed the crown on 1/28/08 and as of 3/06/08 it had fallen out at the gum with my TOOTH in it. When I was in her office she kept me there for 3-4 hours each time. I had her send the crown back just to change the color because it did not match my teeth. I then received a call that the they had to remake my crown and would see me on 1/28/08. When at her office the assistant put the crown in my mouth and I said that it did not feel right, it was very bulky and did not fit right, there was also a gap between my gum and the tooth. Dr. Czarnik came in immediately yelling that she does not have dissatisfied patients and that I had lost myself the best dentist in America. I asked why she was speaking to me this way and she had no reaction.

The only issue is that they charge three times as much as my previous dentist, which I plan to go back to. I think the dental skill is comparable to other competent dentists, but they are gentler than others. Are they as gentle enough to warrant the high price --no.

really positive and friendly attitude, makes you feel comfortable, does a GREAT job.She accepts my insurance, so I don't know if she's cheap or expensive. The staff is extremely professional and their receptionist, Minna, has been their long enough that you just KNOW they must be treating their staff well!

Best dentist ever. Friendly, professional, and gentle. Doesn't get better than Dr. Czarnik!!
