My tooth in the front was slightly discolored due to a trauma to the tooth about 5 years ago. She said during my first visit and routine cleaning that she could crown it and it would look great. Let me just say she completed the crown on 1/28/08 and as of 3/06/08 it had fallen out at the gum with my TOOTH in it. When I was in her office she kept me there for 3-4 hours each time. I had her send the crown back just to change the color because it did not match my teeth. I then received a call that the they had to remake my crown and would see me on 1/28/08. When at her office the assistant put the crown in my mouth and I said that it did not feel right, it was very bulky and did not fit right, there was also a gap between my gum and the tooth. Dr. Czarnik came in immediately yelling that she does not have dissatisfied patients and that I had lost myself the best dentist in America. I asked why she was speaking to me this way and she had no reaction.
