He gossips more than an old woman. Outdated equipment, unprofessional, and loves to tell you what his 'friends' are up to. There's a reason his rates are cheap. Let's just say you get what you pay for.
About Front Desk: Has a nice rotation of girls at the front desk. I guess he can't keep his employees around for long!

I had gotten my braces at Olivers out of recommendation. Every month, Oliver tightened and adjusted my braces I was suppose to have treatment for 15 months, instead they were off after 12. He did a fantastic job, and I am always recommending him. Very strong willed, good eyed doctor definitely knows what he's doing. He may not be fake and smile in your face when you are being rude to him. Instead he will just ignore you. His office is filled with bratty middle school and high school teenagers patients who never listen. Other than that I think Dr. Oliver deserves the highest success.

I was first a patient of Dr. Oliver's when I received braces at the age of 16. At the time I decided on gold braces which were a hit. Not only did I get a lot of compliments on them, they did the job. No broken brackets, no problems. At the end of my braces term my teeth were perfectly straight. Throughout my experience even though I would slack on the head gear and post braces retainers, Dr. Oliver was patient and always took much care in paying attention to my specific needs. Never felt rushed, and I was even able to practice my French with him during the visit. I always left feeling cared about and satisfied with the quality of service offered. From the front desk, to flexibility in scheduling, and to finally the finished product...I'd recommend Dr. Oliver to all my friends. Now, ten years later my teeth had shifted a bit on the bottom due to no upkeep with a retainer, and I stopped in and he got me set up with a retainer at a low cost. It's nice to know that I can go back, and receive that same quality of service, and of course a wonderful final product!

Dr. Oliver has a twisted sense of humour he comes off as being very rude, but you get used to it after awhile. My kids complain about the pain from times he has drilled on their teeth. The office charges $90 for broken bracket and lost retainers. The retainers are flimsy pieces of plastic so expect to break quite a few. Also we had problems for the longest times of brackets popping off, not sure if he didn't glue them on correcty, but he charged us just the same claiming the kids were eating foods they are not allowed to eat. I do not think he runs a very profesional business at all. They do not make courtesy calls to remind of appointments so if you are late or miss an appointment they charge you $35.

He did brace, it was so bad and ugly, very painful and the brace is fallen down piece after piece, and I went to his clinic requesting to see him
he didn't accept, I think he don't know how to do his job, old rude man.
I never go to him again, I don't trust his work.
And never ever recommend him to any human being.
Be careful when you want to choose your orthodontist.

Dr. Oliver is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Does good work, not very nice at all. Very, Very full of himself. He was really enjoying his time making me feel like I was not worthy of being a human being.

I got my braces from Dr. Oliver. I tended to break my brackets a little more that others, but it was a normal thing to go get them fixed by him. My mom always came with me, because I was only about 14 years old, and he would get a little mad that my brackets were broken. The one time my parents did not come in with me and I had a broken bracet Dr. Oliver felt as if he had power over me and YELLED at me for breaking a bracet. He was insanely mad. The next few visits my mom came along so that he would not have these outbursts, but the next time I broke a bracket (even with my mom there) Dr. Oliver said that he was going to WIRE MY MOUTH SHUT because I had broken so many brackets. That way I would not eat anything that would break my brackets (or anything at all). As I was petrified in the chair, my mom questioned him frantically, while he started to actually wire my mouth shut! She was asking how I'd eat and he was saying I'd just drink stuff. My mom grabbed me and we got out of his office FAST never to return. A few weeks went by and Dr. Oliver felt a need to send a TWO PAGE letter to my mom about how she was a bad mother. I would deffinately not reccomend this guy.

Fantastic orthodontist. I was an adult patient of Dr. Oliver, wore braces for two years, and have had a beautiful smile now for over six years because of his skills. He has a wonderful chair-side manner as well as his staff. I always felt like I was their only patient during my visits. The environment was always relaxed and friendly -- Dr. Oliver also has a great sense of humor which is always nice. Great job, Dr. Oliver!!

My teeth look great and the treatment was as painless as it could possibly be. Dr. Oliver is knowledgeable and gets the job done at the highest quality in the least amount of time. His staff is friendly and helpful as well.
