Dr Peter Huysing and all of the dental technicians at Issaquah Dental Arts give the very best in dental care and service. Their equipment is very up to date. The care I have recieved from Peter and Virginia (my hygienist), and each and every dental visit has been the most professional, and very relaxing. This coming from me - a dental phobic client. My dental health is their number one concern. Their well run office is always ready for me on time for each appointment. And when I've had a sudden emergency once or twice, they have managed to fit me into the schedule on short notice. I recommend Dr Huysing and Issaquah Dental Arts to new neighbors and friends who are looking to make a change in their dental care provider.
About Hygienist: Virginia Huysing has been my hygienist since I first went to Issaquah Dental Arts over 10 years ago. Virginia is thorough, gentle, leaves my teeth with a very clean feeling. My husband has Trenie as his hygienist, and he really likes the cleaning she does too! We usually go in for cleaning at the same time, so it is nice that Issaquah Dental Arts has two hygienists.

Reception is very poor, his sister is the receptionist.
She made demands via email for future appointments, not kidding. And with an addendum stating she will be so busy with her insurance billing, etc. so call NOW!
As a business owner, I know NOT to include what I do to maintain my business. And she poured out all of her responsibilities. Who doesn't have these challenges?
When I approached Dr. Huysing regarding her rude reception, complete unprofessionalism, her unawareness of
our record keeping, no smile ever included to make patients feel welcome or relaxed and her business she ran via freestyle after his last Business Manager (he needs a Business Degree Employee-not a flaky sister), Dr. Huysing
I'm sure talked with her about this, and his response to me was to send me back all dental records for our family of five.
Loyal to his sister, at the cost of five patients. He responded as if he didn't care and that his business is fine, thank you very much. Very amateurish, a newbie that needs to be taught
via a Business Degree, too.

I had a crown put in that did not fit my mouth. It stuck out the side and hurt the inside of my mouth! He did put a new crown in, however, not only it gave me a crossbite where I did not have one, the color is nothing near the color it should be. Its almost as if they went from one extreme to another. My new dentist has said that the crown was very badly done and has caused decay in the next tooth due to a gap that should have not been there...I also need to replace the crown he has put in.

I have been going to Dr. Huysing for about 6 years , I have hads an incredable amount of mouth work done , Peter has always been a great dentist and a true professional. He employs his sister as office secretary and i believe web designer and his Mother as the hygenist. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. Dr Huysing has an incredably beautifulk office perfect for the 21st century , no metal fillings. all digital equiptment. Its truly as pain free as it can get , I highly recommend Dr Huysing to anyone and everyone. i wish him much Sucess. His Wife is also a Dentist , a Child dentist , i believe her name is Dawn Woo. I'm not sure on that but she is in the same building in Issaquah.
