Read Reviews for Dr. Jessica Saepoff
Literally the worst professional experience of my life. Took my 2 children for checkup/cleaning. Jessica tried hard selling orthodontics for my 6 year old. I don't agree with that approach, but she kept on with the hard sell. Continued the checkup up, then she cleaned my sons teeth. She was not friendly, but ok until he accidentally swallowed the water on the third rinse she raised her voice and shouted 'I told you not to swallow!' I said woh woah, that's enough- then she said, I told him not to!! Then I responded, you will speak to my son with respect. She then left the room for 20min before returning to do my daughters appointment. She never apologized. Then my kids mother got a letter saying they fired us as patients. I had no intention of ever returning. Rude, and borderline abusive.

Unfortunately, my experience working with Dr.
Saepoff and her staff was similar to reviews that I
saw elsewhere. I felt she and her office staff were
unprofessional and lacking in people skills - and her
costs seem high. I requested to speak with Dr.
Saepoff regarding a couple of questions that I had
and was told that my only choices were to book an
entire hour or an hour and a half which was much
more than I needed..... my request to speak with
her more briefly was mistranslated (in a demeaning
way) into a request for a fee reduction which was
not the case. I was never able to obtain the help
I needed.

In over 40 years, Dr. Saepoff is the most unprofessional medical professional I've ever met. Her bedside manner in subpar at best. The costs of her services are exorbitant and not competitive in any respect. I would never refer any friend, family member or complete stranger to Jessica Saepoff.

This "doctor" was worse than useless. My original complaint went unrecognized, and all she tried to do was sell me unnecessary crown work. I had a rotten tooth that she tried to sell me a second crown for, without ever really finding out how bad it was.
Frankly, I'm shocked she is still in business.
Her receptionist then grilled me about not knowing exactly what was wrong with my tooth, when I complained that she charged me for an emergency visit, because I returned a week later due to her incompetence.
She never even looked at my mouth on that day, but tried to charge me $150. For just seeing me.
I had to threaten her with reporting fraud to my credit card company before she backed off.
Thankfully, I found a real dentist in Bothel, Wendy Crisafulli.
I highly recommend her for any dental needs you may have.

From a mother's perspective, I wanted the best in natural dentistry for my daughter. When I was a child, I had horrible experiences at the Dentist. Ranging from root canals to fillings, it seems all very serious and scary. I didn't want that for my daughter. She deserves better!
So, when the time came when my daughter said one of her teeth hurt her when she ate, I knew it was time to search. Yes, we brush our teeth every night but sometimes, cavaties still happen. It is hard to watch everything kids eat.
Yes, the drive is far from us, but Dr Saepoff is so incredible. She cared for my daughter with much love and calmness. Dr Saepoff is an expert in natural dentistry. She explained to me that she had developed her own method of fillings that don't require sedation or needles, a HUGE plus! I have always wondered why dentistry had to be sooo dramatic. But not here! There were no drugs, needles or any sedation involved for my daughter's fillings. Wow! Dr Saepoff explained to me also that "regular dentistry" for the same type of care would involve sedation, metal crown and drugs. Yuck! Not for our family.
After my daughter had her fillings, she was happy and excited that she did a good job. She was nervous before the appointment but I assured her that it would not hurt. It didn't hurt! I was so overjoyed.
Dr Saepoff is a very pleasant and natural oriented in everything from the toothpaste she carries to the gum is recommends. We know use Xylinol instead of sugar because it doesn't cause tooth decay.
We will be back to do our family's dentistry here. I am glad I have found the Dentist for our family. Highly recommended for families that take natural healthcare very seriously and don't want mercury or drugs in their dentistry work.

Arrived 10 mins early for appt. waited 1 hr. No appology, no explanation. Had 2 metal crowns removed due to allergy to metal and a bridge installed. Crown broke in half causing extreme pain and had to be cut out. Temporary broke in half 2 mins. from appt. Expressed concern that build up of tooth under crown was too much, and front anchor tooth of bridge was sensitive. Was assured that front tooth had plenty of cement and nothing could get in. I would have a perfect crown. The color of the bridge and crown did not match any of my teeth. Saepoff made another temp and saw it was very thin in the center offered to file off the tooth above it. I went to another dentist for the permanent crown and they discovered the bridge installed by Saepoff "rocked." I would need it fixed by Saepoff because decay could get in. All work done by Saepoff failed and was redone by my current dentist. There was so much trauma caused by Saepoff that my current dentist hopes that I won't lose my teeth. 10 months I could not chew on that side of my mouth.

Do not use Dr. Saepoff for TMJ or orthodonture. Here is my story.
I agreed to orthodontal treament for myself and my daughter, after significant inducement by Dr. Saepoff. We had only had a few visits when she mentioned I had a TMJ issue with jaw clicking and that she could provide TMJ therapy for $3000, not billable to insurance. And also that my TMJ issue could be helped with some orthodontal bite correction. Papers were given outlining the treatment with no reference to Dr. Saepoff''s qualification as an orthodontist or TMJ therapist.
I stupidly signed on for Dr. Saepoff to do both my and my daughter's ortho. Thousands of dollars and two years of appointments and pain later, I asked to stop my Invisalign treatments. My daughter's case has also not progressed.
I now know that Invisalign adult cases have a 50% failure rate. That rate would have to include my case, wherein my molars have been shoved arounds, my mouth and gums have been irritated, my teeth have decayed due to very tight plastic Invisalign trays, my bite is now uncomfortable with random issues of neck tightness and pain. without the minor changes Dr. Saepoff and I discussed.
Do not use Dr. Saepoff. There are many more qualified ortho docs.

Very expensive, but that would be ok if the results had been even adequate. Long appointments, disorganized staff, she refuses to give basic opinions especially regarding the advisablity of removing amalgam fillings (you'd think a holistic dentist would do that much), overdosed me on nitrous oxygen, cracked a rear molar while removing an old filling; after a period of great pain staff told me what it likely was and that sometimes it resolved on its own. So I left on a trip, and suffered for weeks -- it cost me a root canal (great dentist -- O'Dell in Seattle!) & now a crown, about $3000 . Her dental hygenist staff member over-scraped & damaged a tooth in the process of cleaning it & it was very sensitive for over a year. Overall way too much chatting, time wasting & building "rapport" (obviously not too successful a rapport in my case, huh!) Staff was abrupt or even rude, certainly insensitive to someone I referred there (sure won't be referring there now of course.) Bottom line: I would rather tie a string to my doorknob and pull my own teeth than ever be in the hands of this self styled "enlightened" dentist. The worst dental experiences of my long life, over and over -- each thing she or her staff did. Truly dreadful.

Dr. Saepoff uses a naturopathic approach and avoids chemicals and harsh substances. She is an advocate of non-mercury fillings and she is almost done replacing mine.
I particularly like her staff. They are friendly and knowledgable.
I also like how they treat patients, paying attention to even small discomfort.
